Can I keep playing for free?
Of course. A free account includes Classic and Organic pieces, puzzles up to 1,000 pieces, and playing alone or with friends. Supporter adds the extras on this page.
Do my friends need Supporter too?
No. When you start a puzzle with extra piece shapes, up to 1,500 pieces or a higher-resolution image, everyone joining can enjoy that puzzle without a subscription.
Ad-free play and the longer away allowance apply to your own account.
How do the higher-resolution images work?
When you start a new catalog puzzle, Supporter can use a higher-resolution image where one is available. This helps when you zoom in on small details. Everyone joining that puzzle sees the same image.
The improvement depends on the original photo or artwork. Subscribing won’t replace the image in a puzzle you’ve already started.
How do payment and renewal work?
Paddle is our global payment and subscription provider. They handle checkout, receipts and renewals, and collect and pay any VAT or sales tax required where you live. That lets us spend more time building the game.
JigsawPuzzles.io does not store your card details. Your statement will show PADDLE.NET*JIGSAWPUZZ.
You’ll need to sign in to the account you want to upgrade and have a verified email address. We share that email with Paddle for receipts and help with your subscription.
Your subscription renews every six months or every year, depending on the plan you choose.
Can I cancel or subscribe for just one period?
Yes. After paying, you can cancel renewal from the Account tab or cancel through Paddle. Your Supporter access will continue through the end of your current paid period. You can subscribe again later.
Can I give Supporter to a friend?
Gift subscriptions aren’t available yet.
